Head Coach Roland Thornqvist Met with the Media on Monday

University of Florida head coach Roland Thornqvist met with the media Monday morning as part of the Gators' All-Sports Media Day.
Coach Thornqvist shared his assessment of Saturday's 4-0 win at No. 18 South Carolina that capped the regular season.
He then previewed the SEC Tournament that begins Thursday in Athens, Ga. The third-ranked Gators (21-2, 11-0 SEC) secured the No. 1 seed, received a first-round bye and begin action on Friday, April 23, playing the winner of the match between LSU and Alabama.
He also discussed and fielded questions about his preference for playing Alabama or LSU in the quarterfinal round, on having played in Athens during the regular season, on playing the last three matches on the road against top-20 teams, on the Gators' depth, on expectations and on seniors Marrit Boonstra and Anastasia Revzina.
