Softball's Series Finale versus Mississippi State Canceled

Due to rain in the forecast for the remainder of the day, the No. 6/5 University of Florida softball game against Mississippi State in Starkville, Miss., has been canceled.

The Gators (37-7, 17-4 SEC) swept the Bulldogs (26-26, 7-17 SEC) in the doubleheader on Saturday. They return to action on Wednesday, May 5 with a doubleheader against North Florida at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium.
