Head Coach Jan Dowling Met with the Media on Monday

University of Florida head coach Jan Dowling addressed the media Monday morning as part of the Gators' All-Sports Media Day.
Coach Dowling shared her assessment of the team's first two events of the 2010-11 season: the Labor Day Shootout where the team placed second out of six and more recently, the Cougar Classic a week ago where the Gators finished fifth in the 21-team field.
She then previewed Florida's next challenge, which begins Friday, when the squad competes in the three-day Mason Rudolph Women's Championship at the Legends Club in Nashville, Tenn.
Coach Dowling also discussed and fielded questions about improving from last year's showing at the Mason Rudolph Women's Championship, on the team's potential and on sophomore Isabelle Lendl.
