Ahmad Black's "tails never fails'' theory

Gators senior defensive back Ahmad Black deserves some credit for thinking fast on his feet Saturday.
Black served as one of the Gators' captains at midfield for the pregame coin flip against Kentucky.
As he stood there, Black recalled that Gators coach Urban Meyer, responding to a question following the Tennessee game about his team's development, referred to the Kentucky game as a "coin flip'' for the Gators to win.
Leading up to the Kentucky game, Black made reference to "tails never fails'' if that's the way Meyer really saw the game.
So, when Kentucky called heads on Saturday and lost the coin flip, Black made sure to grab the coin.
He still had it on Monday when he met with the media to talk about this week's game at No. 1-ranked Alabama.
"I've got the coin. Tails never fails,'' he quipped. "I might give it to coach for his 100th victory, tell him tails never fails."
