UFirst – Employee Recognition and Fan Feedback Program
Did you recently have a positive experience at a football game? Did one of our staff members go out of their way to make your game day experience great? We would love to hear your feedback on the event and our game day staff. The UFirst program was created to reward those staff members who embody the program's mission statement and truly strive to make every guest's experience a positive one. All employees are eligible to win prizes and receive public recognition for their hard work and efforts.
UFirst's mission statement is ““The UFirst program is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Through teamwork and personal integrity, we are committed to delivering a fun experience in a safe environment for each guest.”
There are several ways to send in your comments: through text message, e-mail or a comment card.
· To text in your feedback, text “GATORS” along with any information to 69050. Please note that standard SMS rates apply.
· To e-mail us your feedback, please direct all e-mails to UFirst@gators.uaa.ufl.edu
· Or while you're at an event, please stop by a Guest Services kiosk, located at Gates 2, 7 and 16, and fill out a nomination/feedback form and drop it in the box.
We appreciate and value all of our fans' comments and feedback because that is the key to our improvement and overall success. Thank you for taking the time to improve the Gator experience and recognizing deserving employees.
Qualifications
Level One: Full-Color Pin
· First nomination: A person automatically receives the full-color UFirst Pin recognizing their efforts; pin is attached to a card explaining their award and thanking them for their work.
Level Two: Silver Pin
· The Silver UFirst Pin is awarded to an employee (who has already received their full-color pin) who goes above and beyond and embodies the UFirst Mission Statement. The UFirst Committee heavily evaluates the employee and nomination before awarding.
· Along with the pin, the winner will receive a $50 gift certificate to the online Gator Sportshop.
Level Three: Gold Pin
· The Gold UFirst Pin is awarded to an employee (who has already received their silver pin) who shows unfailing commitment to their work and the program's mission statement throughout the entire season. The UFirst Committee heavily evaluates the employee and nomination before awarding it.
· Along with the pin, the winner will receive a signed football and will be honored during a select home football game.
