Gators head coach Will Muschamp announced Friday that offensive lineman David Young and linebacker Neiron Ball underwent successful surgeries this week.
Young needed surgery to remove hardware placed in his left knee from a previous surgery in September. He played in two games early in the season before the injury.
Meanwhile, Ball appeared in all 13 games and was a key member of UF's special teams. He needed surgery to repair a sports-related hernia.
Young is expected to be limited in spring practice; Ball is expected to be recovered and available to fully participate in spring drills.
