Florida men's basketball coach Billy Donovan has reinstated redshirt freshman forward Cody Larson to the team.

Donovan told the Gainesville Sun prior to a speaking engagement in Ocala on Monday night that Larson is back with the team after off-the-court legal issues raised questions about his future with the Gators.
“I wanted to get the legal process resolved before I commented on it," Donovan told the Sun.

A 6-foot-9, 231-pound forward, Larson will have an opportunity to join Florida's regular rotation following the loss of forwards Alex Tyus and Chandler Parsons, and center Vernon Macklin from last season's team that made it to the Elite Eight.
As a senior at Roosevelt High in Sioux Falls, S.D., Larson averaged 19.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.0 blocks.
