Gators to get first look at TD Ameritrade Park on Friday with an 11 a.m. practice

In case anyone out there is already in Omaha or scheduled to arrive early Friday, you'll have a chance to watch the Gators and the rest of the field in the College World Series.
All eight teams are scheduled to practice for the first time at new TD Ameritrade Park on Friday, starting with North Carolina at 9 a.m.

Each team's practice is open to the public and lasts one hour. Afterward, players will sign autographs for 30 minutes at different locations around the 24,000-seat ballpark.
The Gators are scheduled to practice from 11 a.m. to noon. You can click here for the NCAA's official CWS webpage.
Here is the complete practice schedule on Friday: North Carolina (9-10 a.m.), Vanderbilt (10-11 a.m.), Florida (11 a.m.-noon), Texas (noon-1 p.m.), California (1-2 p.m.), Virginia (2-3 p.m.), South Carolina (3-4 p.m.) and Texas A&M (4-5 p.m.).
