Corey Brewer, fresh off winning an NBA title with the Dallas Mavericks, will be back in Gainesville this week.
Brewer is holding his Second Annual Back-to-Back Youth Basketball Camp for boys and girls ages 9-18 on Monday through Wednesday at The Rock School.
The former Gator standout helped the Gators win back-to-back national titles in 2006-07 and recently completed his fourth NBA season, one that saw him start the year in Minnesota, get traded to the Knicks, and finally land in Dallas.
The camp is open to the first 80 campers who have signed up and paid.
The cost is $150 and runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Brewer will donate camp proceeds to the “Corey Brewer Fight Diabetes Fund” at Shands UF.
