With so many successful teams and accomplished coaching staffs on the University of Florida campus, there's always somewhere or someone to turn to and learn new ideas.
A couple weeks ago, women's basketball head coach Amanda Butler spent the morning with the nationally-ranked Gator soccer team, which took a trip to nearby Camp Blanding for military leadership training.
The soccer team's training was shared on the Sept. 13 edition of the GATOR SPORTS REPORT, which airs for free on GatorVision.tv.
At the end of the segment, Coach Butler shared her thoughts on the event and how the lessons learned by the soccer team also apply to her women's basketball squad.
