
SEC Women's Basketball Conference TV Package Announced

The Southeastern Conference released its complete 57-game women's basketball television package on Thursday, with a number of games involving the Florida Gators included.
Regionally-syndicated games will be televised on the SEC Network as part of ESPN Regional Television (ERT). The SEC Network will televise eight intra-conference games while Fox Sports Net (games shown on SportSouth, FS Southwest and Sun Sports) and Comcast Sports Southeast will show 16 games each. The majority of games not televised nationally will be available as a part of ESPN Full Court, the pay subscription college basketball out-of-market service, and on ESPN3.com.
Florida's showdown against Kentucky to start the conference slate on January 1st will tip-off all league games, with Comcast Sports Southeast (CSS) airing the contest at 1 p.m. live from the O'Connell Center.
CSS also will air the Gator's January 15th home matchup against LSU.
ESPN2 selected Florida's February 12th game at South Carolina, while ESPNU broadcasts the Gators playing host to Georgia on February 19th and their game in Knoxville versus Tennessee on February 26.
Florida's game at Kentucky on January 22nd was picked-up by the SEC Network and fans can check the complete listing of stations carrying this over-the-air syndication package on SECSports.com.
FSN, which airs its SEC games on SportSouth, FS Southwest and SunSports, will provide live coverage of Florida's February 16th game at Vanderbilt.
Additionally, the 2012 SEC Women's Basketball Tournament will once again enjoy live television coverage. FSN continues its dedication to SEC events by televising all first round and all second round games. The semifinals will be aired on ESPNU for the second consecutive year, while the championship game will again be televised on ESPN2. The entire 11-game event will be held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.
