Amanda Butler Provided Update and Shared Importance of This Week's Practice

Head coach Amanda Butler talked with the media as part of UF's All Sports Press Conference on Monday.
The Gators continue their preseason workouts in preparation for the 2012-13 season which gets underway on Fri., Nov. 9 against Fairfield in the O'Connell Center at 4 p.m.
On Monday, Coach Butler shared her thoughts and fielded questions about injuries, on the progress of redshirt-sophomore Kayla Lewis (Decatur, Ga.), on upcoming scrimmages, on what 6-foot-4 redshirt-freshman Viktorija Dimaite (Lithuania/ The Rock School (Fla.)) can bring to the team, on the offense and on finding chemistry on the floor during certain situations.
