JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- One of the great game-day atmospheres in college football will be at a fevered pitch Saturday when third-ranked Florida (7-0, 6-0) faces No. 12 Georgia (7-1, 5-1) at EverBank Field with a Southeastern Conference Eastern Division title in the balance.
The Gators can clinch the SEC East with a win, while the Bulldogs can take command of their divisional destiny with a second straight defeat over their big conference rival.
