Gators Move to No. 7 in the Associated Press and USA Today Weekly Polls

Florida defeated SEC newcomer Missouri 14-7 Saturday in The Swamp. The Gators moved up a spot to No. 7 in the Associated Press and No. 7 in the USA Today Coaches Poll. Last week Florida was ranked No. 8 in the Associated Press Poll and the USA Today Coaches' Poll. UF (8-1, 7-1 SEC) will remain at home as they play host to Louisiana on Saturday, November 10 at 12:21 p.m. on the SEC Network. It will be the homecoming coming game for the Gators.
There are seven teams from the SEC currently ranked in the polls. Among the three teams remaining on Florida's schedule, the Gators will face one team present in rankings: No. 8 Florida State (Nov. 24 in Tallahassee).
