Hey folks, working on a story about former UF swimmers Ryan Lochte and Connor Dwyer preparing for Summer Olympics to post this weekend on GatorZone.com. They're working with UF strength coach Matt DeLancey in out-of-the-pool workouts.
Typical swimming stuff like tossing around 650-pound tires and dragging 400-pound chains.
