Semifinal I (which begins at noon ET) consists of three conference champions - Pacific 12 Conference champion UCLA, Big 12 Conference champion Oklahoma and Big 10 champion Nebraska – along with LSU, Stanford and Utah. The NCAA Championships are set for April 20-22 at The Arena at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, Ga.
The National Qualifying Score (NQS) determined the semifinal assignments of the NCAA Championships' team competition. The NQS ranks teams 1-12 by adding a team's regional qualifying score (RQS) and score from regional competition. Teams 2, 3, 6, 7, 10 and 11 were placed in Friday's Semifinal I and teams 1, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 12 placed in Semifinal II. Florida is the No. 1 seed after winning the NCAA Raleigh Regional last Saturday with the nation's top total (197.325) in regional competition.
The top three teams in each of Friday's sessions will advance to the NCAA Super Six on Saturday, April 21 at 4 p.m. (ET), where the national team champion is determined. ESPN3 will show the NCAA Super Six live and the meet will air tape-delayed on ESPNU May 2 at 8:30 p.m. ET.
