
Four Gator soccer players to receive degrees this weekend

Four Gator soccer players will receive their degrees in this weekend's University of Florida commencement ceremonies. Tahnai Annis, Brooke Patterson, Lindsay Thompson and Lindsay Williams are among the 37 Gator student-athletes who are part of the May 2012 graduating class.

Both Annis and Thompson finished ranking on several of Florida's top-10 career charts. Annis, a 2010 All-American, ranks No. 6 on the Gators' Career Lists for points (92), goals (38) and shares No. 6 in game-winning goals (11). Thompson finished her career ninth in points (70), seventh in goals (29) and tied for sixth in game-winning goals (11). The careers for both Patterson and Williams were cut short by injuries.
The Gators advanced to the NCAA Tournament each year of their collegiate careers and claimed the Southeastern Conference title in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
