GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- The No. 1-seed Gators and No. 2-seed Georgia Tech face each other for the second consecutive night in the NCAA Gainesville Regional.
Florida can clinch the regional with a victory over the Yellow Jackets. If Georgia Tech wins, the two teams will play again on Monday for the regional title.
Georgia Tech advanced with a 3-0 win over College of Charleston earlier Sunday afternoon. Florida defeated the Yellow Jackets 6-2 on Saturday night to stay in the winner's bracket.
Florida lefty Brian Johnson is getting the start for the Gators. Left-hander Jake Davies is starting for Georgia Tech.
