GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- The Gators are two wins from a third consecutive trip to Omaha for the College World Series.
But to get there Florida (45-18) must get by N.C. State (43-18) in the best-of-three NCAA Gainesville Super Regional at McKethan Stadium.

The Gators swept through the Gainesville Regional last weekend, beating Bethune-Cookman and Georgia Tech twice to advance. Meanwhile, the Wolfpack hosted the Raleigh Regional and advanced by beating Vanderbilt in the championship game on Monday night.
Florida's Hudson Randall (8-2, 2.83 ERA) is scheduled to start against N.C. State's Ethan Ogburn (5-3, 3.23) in Saturday's Game 1.
