Kasey Hill Named to 2014 Integris Wayman Tisdale Award Preseason Watch List

Florida men's basketball freshman Kasey Hill has been named to the 2014 Integris Wayman Tisdale Award Preseason Watch List, as announced by the U.S. Basketball Writers Association this afternoon.
Hill is among a group of ten outstanding first-year players, one of which will be chosen as national freshman of the year at the Devon Energy College Basketball Awards on April 14, 2014.
The USBWA has chosen a national freshman of the year since the 1988-89 season. Previous winners of the award include Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony, Jason Kidd and Chris Webber.
The SEC boasts five of the ten players on the list and seven of the ten, including Hill, are guards.
