Gators Third Seed in South Region for NCAA Tournament

The University of Florida men's basketball team will play in the NCAA Tournament for the 16th time in program history. UF earned an at-large bid and is the third seed in the South Region. The Gators will take on 14th-seeded Northwestern State, the Southland Conference Tournament champions, on Friday, March 22 in Austin, Texas.
Florida was the 2013 SEC regular season champions. The team heads into the national tournament with an overall record of 26-7.
