Florida vs. Kansas Highlights 2013 Big 12/SEC Challenge Slate

The SEC and Big 12 announced on Tuesday the full slate of matchups for next season's Big 12/SEC Challenge, highlighted by the Gators' Dec. 10 matchup vs. Kansas at the O'Connell Center.
“The ability to showcase SEC basketball in this kind of conference competition makes this a unique and exciting event for our coaches, student-athletes and fans,” SEC Commissioner Mike Slive said. “We are pleased to be able to work with the Big 12 and ESPN to highlight the sport of men's basketball.”
The challenge will consist of 10 games that will all be carried across ESPN networks, with Arkansas, Georgia, LSU and Tennessee not participating due to the conferences' difference in size. The games are a combination of previously-scheduled contests and new matchups created for the event and will be played over a five-week span during November and December. The conferences and ESPN will attempt to schedule future matchups over consecutive days.
Each conference will have four home games in the challenge along with two neutral-site contests. Game times and specific network assignments will be set at a later date.
