BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- The Gators baseball team opens NCAA Tournament play here on Friday afternoon against Austin Peay.
The Gators (29-28) and Governors (45-13) meet in the first game, followed by host Indiana against Valparaiso in the second game.
Florida is starting junior right-hander Jonathon Crawford against the Governors, who won the Ohio Valley Conference and own a 15-game win streak entering the tournament.
