Gators Jump to No. 7 in Polls

The University of Florida men's basketball team jumped to No. 7 in both the Associated Press and the USA Today Coaches' poll this afternoon.
The Gators opened conference play with victories over South Carolina and Arkansas last week, snapping the Razorbacks 25-game home win streak in overtime, 84-82. Florida was without leading scorer Casey Prather, but still managed to produce four players in double-figures. Sophomore Dorian Finney-Smith finished with 22 points and 15 rebounds, becoming the first Gator during Billy Donovan's tenure to post a 20/15 performance in an SEC road game.
Florida returns home tomorrow night to face Georgia (2-0 SEC) and will play at Auburn this Saturday. Fans can click here to view ticket options and purchase available tickets.
