Halapio and Patton on Victorious South Team at 2014 Senior Bowl
Sunday, January 26, 2014 | Football
Former University of Florida football players Jon Halapio and Solomon Patton played in the 2014 Senior Bowl on Saturday at Ladd Peeple's Stadium in Mobile, Ala. Both former Gators played on the South Team, which defeated the North Team 20-10.
Halapio played the majority of the game at right guard for the South, while Patton played at wide receiver but did not have a catch. Patton did return one kickoff for 27 yards. Former Gators defensive back Jaylen Watkins was scheduled to play in the game, but withdrew due to injury.
Here's a summary from Twitter reports on the Gators in the Senior Bowl.
A guy I could see Atlanta taking with their third round pick in their typical "WE liked him better" type pick in the 3rd is Jon Halapio.

I personally like Halapio a lot as well. Invisible today. And that's what you want in a guard. He just does his job and well.
