Head Coach Becky Burleigh spoke with the media as part of UF's All Sports Press Conference on Monday.
Florida traveled to the Southeastern Conference's farthest west teams to face the league's other unbeaten teams – No. 9 Texas A&M and Arkansas. The Gators took wins at Texas A&M (1-0) and at Arkansas (3-1) to push their 2014 league record to 5-0.
Florida now plays host to Mississippi State on Friday, Oct. 10 for the team's only match of the weekend. Match time is set for 7 p.m. at the James G. Pressly Stadium and admission is free for all Gator regular-season home matches. Watch the stream of Friday's match on SEC Network+.
It is Alumni Weekend and many members of past Gator teams will be in Gainesville for the 20-year reunion. It is also the Kicking for the Cure match, when the Gators hope to raise awareness about the fight against cancer.
