Alumni Game Set for Friday

The Florida Gators lacrosse program will hold its second annual Alumni Game on Friday (Oct. 10) at Donald R. Dizney Stadium at 6 p.m. A number of former Gators are expected to return to Gainesville to take-on the current roster.
Last season, the alumni overcame an 8-5 halftime deficit to end the game in a 12-12 tie.
“We're excited to have everyone back this weekend for the Alumni Game,” said sixth-year head coach Amanda O'Leary. “It will be great to see everyone and have our younger players meet some of the women who helped build this program.”
Florida continues its fall schedule next Sunday (Oct. 19) when it hosts the Florida Fall Tournament. The Gators are scheduled to play three games over the course of the day against Stetson, Jacksonville and Winthrop. The first game of the tournament will start at 11 a.m. when the Gators face Stetson.
