
Entire Gator Gymnastics SEC Meet Schedule to Air on SEC Network or ESPN Platform in 2015

GAINESVILLE, Florida. – Florida gymnastics fans can find expanded Southeastern Conference television action beginning this winter on The SEC Network.

The new 24/7 sports network launched in August and operated by ESPN, is the source for a total of 21 league gymnastics meets – including 10 live events. Four of the five SEC Network appearances for the two-time defending NCAA champion Gators are live.
In addition, the Feb. 13 Missouri, Feb. 20 LSU and the March 21 SEC Championship meets air tape-delayed on ESPNU or ESPN2.
Live television pushes the start time for all Gator home meets to 6:45 p.m. Gymnastics competition begins at 7:06 p.m. so fans who want to see all the introductions and pre-meet pageantry should be in their seats at 6:45 p.m.
“What an exciting opportunity to bring our sport to gymnastics fans across this nation,” Florida head coach Rhonda Faehn said. “The SEC Network will be a fantastic showcase for the many, many talented gymnasts in this league.”

| SEC Network The Southeastern Conference and ESPN have signed a 20-year agreement through 2034 to create and operate a multiplatform network which launched August 14, 2014. The new network and its accompanying digital platform will air SEC content 24/7 including more than 1,000 events in its first year. The network will televise 45 SEC football games, more than 100 men's basketball games, 60 women's basketball games, 75 baseball games, and events from across the SEC's 21 sports annually. Programming also includes in-depth commentary and analysis in studio shows, daily news and information original content such as SEC Storied, spring football games, and more. |
