
Gators No. 8 in IWLCA Poll

The University of Florida lacrosse team slipped to No. 8 in the IWLCA Poll, released by the organization on Monday. The slight drop in the polls follows the Gators' loss to No. 1 North Carolina in the season opener on Feb. 8.
Among the teams remaining on Florida's schedule, there are five teams present in the rankings: No. 2 Syracuse, No. 4 Northwestern, No. 7 Penn State, No. 9 Loyola and No. 13 Stony Brook.
Florida returns to action on Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 6:30 p.m. when it hosts Jacksonville to open up the home slate of the schedule.
