Florida-Georgia Baseball Series Opener Rained Out; Doubleheader On Saturday

The series opener between No. 18 Florida & Georgia scheduled for Friday night at McKethan Stadium has been postponed. The Gators and Bulldogs will now play a doubleheader starting at 3 p.m. on Saturday. Both games will be nine innings.
Tickets for tonight's game will be honored for the first game tomorrow at 3 p.m., while Saturday night's ticket is good for the nightcap of the twinbill. Customers must have a ticket for each game.
The entire series can be heard on the Gator IMG Sports Network with Jeff Cardozo and Mick Hubert and tomorrow's second game will be carried on CSS with Rusty Ensor and Bernie Guenther. It will be shown in Gainesville on Cox Communications Channel 199.
