
UF's Logan Shore Named First-Team Freshman All-American By Baseball America

Gator right-hander Logan Shore capped off an impressive rookie campaign by being named a first-team Freshman All-American by Baseball America. He had previously earned third-team All-America honors from Louisville Slugger and Freshman All-American recognition from Louisville Slugger and the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA).
The SEC Freshman of the Year, Shore was 7-4 with a team-low 2.16 ERA and led the Orange and Blue with 68 strikeouts in 95.2 innings. A first-team All-SEC selection, the Coon Rapids, Minn., native went 7-1 in league play with a 2.08 ERA, tying for the lead in conference victories.
