First Open Practice Set for Thursday Night

GAINESVILLE, Fla.— The University of Florida football team opens fall camp on Monday, August 4, to begin preparations for the 2014 season. Head coach Will Muschamp is opening eight practices to the public, including one on August 9 exclusively for 2014 Gator Booster season ticket holders.
Parking is available for all open practices at the lacrosse complex or in the parking deck at the Phillips Performing Arts Center.
The Gator Booster season ticket holder exclusive practice on August 9 is scheduled to begin at 10:45 a.m. at the Donald R. Dizney Lacrosse Stadium. Season ticket holders will be admitted to enter practice with a special ticket inside their 2014 ticket book (mailing on Monday) or with their Gator Booster card.
In addition to the exclusive open practice, season ticket holders will have an opportunity to tour the Evans Champions Club and Holloway Touchdown Terrace before the open practice from 9:00-10:30 a.m. on August 9. If interested in a tour, plan to arrive early for parking as commencement ceremonies will be taking place at 10 a.m. in the O'Connell Center.
Fans will be allowed to take pictures and video during select periods of practice. Upon entering Dizney Stadium, a sign will direct fans to which periods fans will be able to shoot for that day's practice.
Select players will be available following each open practice for autographs.

Single game and season tickets are still available through the Gator Ticket Office. Fans may use any of the following methods to order tickets:
1. Order online at www.Gatorzone.com/tickets. This is the most convenient method to place a ticket order.
2. Order by calling one of our Ticket Office Specialists at (352) 375-4683, ext. 6800, or toll free (800) 344-2867, ext. 6800, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. For those guests that are hearing impaired, contact the Florida Relay Service at 711 (TDD/TTY).
3. Order by visiting us at the Gator Ticket Office, located at Gate 1 of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
