
Gator Baseball Single-Game Tickets On Sale Monday

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Single-game tickets for the 2015 Gator Baseball season will go on sale Monday, Jan. 26. Single-game, season tickets and the Gator Baseball Complete Game Mini-Plans can be purchased online at GatorZone or by calling the Gator Ticket Office at 1-800-34-GATOR from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Florida will raise the curtain on the 101st campaign in school history with a three-game home set against Rhode Island starting on Feb. 13.

Season tickets and the Gator Baseball Complete Game Mini-Plans can also be purchased online at GatorZone or by calling the Gator Ticket Office at 1-800-34-GATOR from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. People can purchase a Complete Game Mini-Plan by choosing nine (9) different games from the 18 Friday and Saturday contests that the Gators will play on their home turf.
The Gators' 56-game schedule features 35 games within the friendly confines of McKethan Stadium at Perry Field, where the squad is 198-63 (.759) during head coach Kevin O'Sullivan's tenure. Florida went 40-23 last season and brought home its third Southeastern Conference title in the past five years on its way to becoming a national seed for NCAA play for the fifth time in six years. Peter Alonso (right) was a member of the SEC's All-Freshman Team.
In addition to the season-opening, three-game series against Rhode Island from Friday-Sunday, Feb. 13-15, Florida will also welcome traditional Sunshine State rivals Florida A&M (Feb. 17), Miami (Feb. 20-22), UCF (March 4), Florida State (March 17), Stetson (April 7), Bethune-Cookman (April 21) and USF (May 5). Other foes who will visit McKethan Stadium include Stony Brook (Feb. 27-March 1), Maine (March 6-8) and Fairfield (March 10-11). The five, three-game SEC home series pit the Gators against Tennessee (March 13-15), Alabama (March 26-28), South Carolina (April 10-12), Kentucky (April 24-26) and Auburn (May 14-16).
