No. 5 Gators Set for Texas/No. 15 Indiana

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- The No. 1 ranked University of Florida men's and No. 5 ranked women's swimming and diving teams will be back in action this weekend, taking part in a two-day double-dual inside the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center in Austin, Texas. The Gators will square away with Texas and Indiana at 5 p.m. ET on Friday in a 50-meter long-course format, and resume competition on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the 25-yard short-course pool.

The Scene
The UF men and women each return to the competition pool following a road trip against Minnesota on Oct. 10, which resulted in a 174.50-125.50 win for the men. The women's teams tied at 150 points apiece.
Both Indiana squads are coming off a pair of wins over Cincinnati on October 1. The Hoosier men cored a 157-135 triumph over the Bearcats. The women earned a 186-105 decision to improve to 1-0.
For Texas, this weekend marks the season opener for both the Longhorn men and the women. The Texas men return as defending National Champions while the women finished seventh overall a season ago.
