Florida Leads Nation in 5 Events, Leading SEC in 14

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Eleven members from both the top-ranked University of Florida men's and 13th-ranked women's swimming and diving teams have combined to lead the Southeastern Conference in 14 separate events (short course yards & diving). In addition, five of those Gator events also hold the fastest times in the country as of Oct. 27.
The Gators will be back in action on Friday, Oct. 30, when they face the SEC-rivaling Georgia Bulldogs at home inside the Stephen C. O'Connell Center in Gainesville, Florida.
The meet will be swam in a long-course 50-meter pool. One-meter diving events are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. ET while swimming events will start at 11 a.m.
