GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- University of Florida sophomore Caeleb Dressel has been named College Swimming's National Swimmer of the Week following a dominating performance at the Buckeye Invitational from November 20-22, inside the McCorkle Aquatic pavilion in Columbus, Ohio.
Dressel, in addition to senior Natalie Hinds, also gathered Southeastern Conference Weekly honors for their performances at the Buckeye Invite.
A Green Cove Springs, Florida, native, Dressel gathers the National Swimmer of the Week Award for the first time while accepting the SEC Swimmer of the Week honor for the fourth time in his career.
