
Gators Continue Road Stretch Tuesday at South Alabama, 8 p.m. ET

MOBILE, Alabama – There's no rest for the Gators, who continue their hectic stretch when they travel to Mobile, Alabama, and play South Alabama on Tuesday at 8 p.m.
Racking up the Road Miles
· The busy run began eight days ago when Florida played host to Savannah State on Tuesday, November 24.
· A little more than 12 hours after defeating the Tigers, 99-34, the Gators bussed to Orlando and flew 1,481 miles to Colorado to compete in Omni Hotels Classic, Nov. 27 and 28 against Ball State and Colorado.
· The team then departed the hotel in Boulder at 4:25 a.m. on November 29 and returned to Florida, where they bussed from Orlando to Gainesville and arrived at 6 p.m.
· Tuesday's game also is the final of a four-game run Florida will have played in eight days and in three different states.
· The Gators are in the midst of a five-game stretch where four of them are away from Gainesville.
· This is UF's second-to-last non-conference road game of the season (Dec. 10 at Wisconsin)
A Gator Win on Tuesday Would...
· Mark the team's first six-game win streak since the 2013-14 squad won nine straight - a run that spanned from November to January.
Florida vs. South Alabama
· Florida leads the all-time series vs. South Alabama, 4-3
· The Gators have won the last four meetings against the Jaguars, most recently a 61-51 victory on Nov. 26, 2010 in Orono, Maine, in the first round of the Dead River Company Classic.
· Florida is 1-2 against USA when playing in Mobile, with the last trip to the Jaguars home court coming on Dec. 1, 2006, when the Gators took the 62-50 win.
Looking Back: Florida def. Colorado, 83-61 (Saturday, November 28)
· Florida overcame early adversity and relied on its depth to defeat Colorado, 83-61, and win the 29th Omni Hotels Classic played at the Coors Events Center on Saturday evening.
· The Gators were plagued with foul trouble from the opening minutes of the game, but turned to its bench which produced in 52 points, paced by a team-high 14 points from Cassie Peoples and 11 from January Miller, who also collected six rebounds and dished three assists.
· Haley Lorenzen was named MVP, Simone Westbrook All-Tournament Team
Quick Peak Ahead
· Florida will finally get a little bit of a break from action (and the road) and won't play again until Monday, December 7, when the team plays host to Arkansas State.

· Ronni Williams, a preseason Second Team All-SEC performer, is UF's leading scorer and rebounder with 12.8 points and 7.2 rebounds per game.
· Recorded a double-double in three straight games
· First Gator to record three consecutive double-doubles since Jennifer George posted four in a row from Dec. 4-20, 2012.
