
Florida Remains No. 4 in Both IWLCA and Media Poll

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Gators lacrosse team remained No. 4 in both the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaching Association (IWLCA) and Media Poll, as announced by both outlets on Monday.
Florida improved to 2-1 on the young season with wins this week over Jacksonville and Michigan. The point differential for the two contests was 38-7, and on Saturday UF completed the second-ever shutout with a 21-0 drubbing of Michigan.
In the IWLCA Poll, the Gators picked up 330 points, up four points from last week. In the Media Poll, the team received 215 points for a second-consecutive week.
The Orange & Blue continues its non-conference slate of games with a home contest on Friday at 6:30 p.m. against San Diego State (0-0).
