
Florida Among the Top-10 Teams in Weekly Polls

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Gators lacrosse team moved down the rankings in both the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaching Association (IWLCA) and Media Poll, as announced by both outlets on Monday. In the IWLCA Poll, Florida fell from No. 6 to 8, and in the Media Poll it dropped to No. 10 after sitting at No. 7 the week before.
In the IWLCA Poll, the Gators earned 247 points, and in the Media Poll, the team received 140 points.
This past week, the team moved to 7-4 after a loss to No. 12/8 Stony Brook and 19-10 conference win over Vanderbilt.
The Orange & Blue continues its BIG EAST schedule this week when it travels to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to take on Temple (8-1) on Saturday (March 28) at 1 p.m.
