Highlighting the first round of the NBA Playoffs was Bradley Beal, as he and the Wizards improved to 5-0 in the postseason and stole home-court advantage from the top-seeded Atlanta Hawks in the first game of the Eastern Conference semifinals. In that game, Beal scored a game-high 28 points (9-22 FG, 2-5, 3Pt, 8-10 FT) to go along with seven rebounds, one assist and one steal in Washington's 104-98 victory in Atlanta.
