GAINESVILLE, Fla.—The University Athletic Association has partnered with Tinder to provide two lucky winners with a special Saturday night in The Swamp prior to the 2015 season opener against New Mexico State on September 5 (7:30 p.m. kickoff on SEC Network).
Albert and Alberta, the official Gators mascots, have both signed up for Tinder and are looking for someone to experience pre-game on the sidelines with them before the Gators kick off the 2015 season. To enter the contest, users simply need to swipe right on Albert or Alberta to be automatically entered.
Two winners will be randomly selected when the promotion closes on Thursday, September 3. Each winner will receive a pair of sideline passes that will allow the winner and their guest to watch the pre-game warmups from field level with Albert and Alberta. In addition, each winner will get a $25 gift card to the Gator Sportshop.

- HOW TO ENTER:To enter, beginning at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, August 20, 2015, log on your Tinder account on your smart phone, and swipe right on the respective profiles of Albert or Alberta. Users are automatically entered-to-win with a swipe right. Limit one (1) entry per Tinder user. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for technical, electronic, hardware, software or network, computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind. All entries must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, August 27, 2015 to be eligible.
- PRIZES: Two (2) winners will be randomly selected to win two (2) pre-game sideline passes each, for them and a guest, to watch warmups on the field for the New Mexico State University vs. Florida Football game on Saturday, August 5, 2015. Winners will also receive the opportunity to have their photo taken on the field with Albert and Alberta, as well as a $25 gift card to the Gator SportShop.
- WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected at random.
- ELIGIBILITY/GENERAL TERMS:Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents of Florida, 18 years of age and older. Current University of Florida student-athletes, and their family members, are not eligible to participate. Prospective student-athletes, their family members and coaches, are not eligible to participate. The University Athletic Association, Inc. employees are not eligible to win.
No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value in the event the published prize becomes unavailable. The sweepstakes shall in all respects be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, including all matters of construction, validity and performance, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. Void outside of Florida and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the prize recipient; if applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize.
No groups, clubs, newsletters or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules to their members, and anyone who enters this sweepstakes through means not permitted by these rules is disqualified.
All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his/her sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION/RELEASES:The potential winners will be notified by email and/or Facebook Messenger within twenty four (24) hours of being selected. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity release within one (1) day of notification. In the event (i) the Affidavit and Release is not returned within one (1) business days; (ii) mail is returned as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address; (iii) a telephone notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries as time permits. Upon forfeiture for any reason, another winner will be selected. If applicable, allow 2-3 days for delivery of prize following completion of the notification process. All entrants, by participation in this sweepstakes, agree on behalf of themselves, their executors, assigns and heirs, to release, hold harmless and indemnify The University Athletic Association, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related or sweepstakes-related activity.
