VIDEO: JC Deacon Recaps DSG Collegiate, Looks Ahead to Jerry Pate National

University of Florida head men's golf coach JC Deacon met with the media on Monday to review the Gators' performance at the DICK'S Sporting Goods Collegiate Challenge Cup and preview the Jerry Pate National.
Florida tied for seventh at the Challenge Cup this weekend and placed two Gators in the top 25. In rare regular-season match play, the Gators defeated No. 17 Georgia Tech, 3-2, but the SEC still fell to the ACC in the matchup between conferences.
The Orange and Blue returns to action on Oct. 5-6, when it travels to Birmingham, Ala., to compete in the Jerry Pate National. Alabama will host the two-day tournament at the Old Overton Club.
