
Fall Ball Slate Released, Features Four Contests at KSP Stadium

The University of Florida softball team will play a five-game fall schedule.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The University of Florida softball team will play a five-game fall schedule, highlighted by four games at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium.
The schedule features five in-state opponents and the season begins with the Gators taking on rival Florida State on Oct. 22 at 6 p.m. in Plantation, Fla. at Central Park.
Florida then hosts St. Leo University and Jacksonville University on Nov. 4 and Nov. 5 before UF finishes its fall slate the following weekend against Florida Southwest State College (Nov.11) and Chipola College (Nov. 13).
Florida is coming off earning a No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament and winning the program's sixth Southeastern Conference title. UF returns 14 letterwinners, including all four (Aleshia Ocasio, Delanie Gourley, Kayli Kvistad, Amanda Lorenz) of its All-Americans from a season ago.
