Gators up Three Spots in Weekly National Rankings

This is Gators' highest ranking since the 2001-02 season.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – On the heels of a pair of impressive road wins last week, Florida finds itself ranked No. 16 in this week's Associated Press national poll.
This is the highest the Gators have been ranked in the AP poll since Feb. 19, 2002, when Florida checked in at No. 16.
The Gators (3-0) opened the 2016-17 campaign ranked No. 20 by the national media, climbed one spot following a season-opening 52-point victory before stringing together impressive victories at Chattanooga (Nov. 14), 72-61, and against Temple (Nov. 19), 83-76.

Florida continues its 12-game season-opening road trip playing at Arkansas State on Tue., Nov. 22 and at Northwestern on Fri., Nov. 25.
