The 2015 participants had a great time working with the Gator gymnastics team. The participants contributed a record 1,046 pounds of food for those in the Gainesville community.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Finish the 2016 year by joining the Gator gymnastic team and coaches to support a great cause – the 2016 Holiday Food Drive.
This year's event is set for Saturday, Dec. 31 from 11:15 a.m.-1 p.m. This event will be held in the Gator Gymnastics practice facility located inside Gate 4 of the Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center.
This event is open to gymnasts of all level of experience, ages 8 through high school senior. All parents/guardians must sign a Waiver of Liability for each gymnast at check-in, which will be located at Gate 4 of the O'Connell Center.
The "Entry Fee" is five (5) non-perishable food items per participant. Last year an all-time record was set, with 1,046 pounds of food collected.
There are only 80 open spots for participants, so pre-registration is required for the event. You can pre-register by calling Lee Turner (352) 692-6265, or emailing leet@gators.ufl.edu. The following information needs to be provided to sign up for 2016 Holiday Food Drive:
