Gators Open BIG EAST Play With Vandy Saturday

The Gators are the defending BIG EAST Champions and have won a league title five of the last six years. Their quest for a sixth starts Saturday versus Vandy at noon.
It's back at it at The Diz for the No. 2 Gators this weekend. The Orange and Blue (9-1) will open the BIG EAST slate this weekend against Vandy (4-5) Saturday at The Diz in the fourth contest of a five-game home stand for Florida.

Florida enters conference play ranked 11th in the country in scoring margin (4.50), 16th in points per game (18.50), 17th in assists per game (5.70), 19th in scoring offense (12.80) and 28th in scoring defense (8.30).

Florida will welcome a familiar face on the opposing sideline, as former All-American Shannon Gilroy is in her first season as an assistant coach at Vanderbilt.
