Join the Gators in Gainesville for elite-level instruction from the 2016 BIG EAST Coaching Staff of the Year, including head coach Amanda O'Leary and National Team & UWLX pro Gator assistant coaches Crysti Foote (Team Canada, Baltimore Ride) and Becca Block (US Lacrosse, Long Island Sound).

FOLLOW THESE STEPS FOR REGISTRATION:

- Agree to the Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement/Consent to Medical Treatment form
- Complete registration form with all the necessary fields
- Provide camp with a signed Physician's Statement or copy of recent school physical (within the last 12 months) in lieu of physician's signature. This document must be faxed (352-373-1432) to the Lacrosse Office or emailed to lacrossecamp@gators.ufl.edu no later than Monday, June 13th, 2016
