Gators Release Depth Chart for South Carolina

Coach Randy Shannon announced that Malik Zaire would remain Florida’s starting quarterback at South Carolina.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida's depth chart remains relatively similar as the Gators prepare for South Carolina.
Coach Randy Shannon announced during his Monday press conference that LG Brett Heggie will miss the rest of the season.
In place of Heggie, who sustained a season-ending injury last weekend at Mizzou, at left guard, Florida will turn to veterans Kavaris Harkless and Tyler Jordan to step in and fill the void. In addition, look for redshirt junior Antonio Riles to see more playing time at right guard along with junior Fred Johnson.
Shannon also announced on Monday that left-hander Malik Zaire will remain the Gators' starting quarterback.
Redshirt freshman Feleipe Franks who relieved Zaire last weekend and threw a touchdown pass will serve as Florida's backup on Saturday.
Florida will continue rely on sophomore Lamical Perine, redshirt senior Mark Thompson and rookie Adarius Lemons to carry the load in the run game.
UF's defense remains unchanged from a week ago.
However, look for freshman Donovan Stiner to see more time in the defensive backfield.
