Florida enters Monday night on a seven game road winning streak.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Fresh off a dominating win over No. 3 Southern California at home, the University of Florida women's lacrosse team (1-1) will hit the road for the first time in 2017 to take on Jacksonville University (0-2) on Monday night.

The opening draw is set for 7 P.M. from D.B. Milne Field in Jacksonville, Fla. Florida and Jacksonville will be meeting for the seventh time, with the Gators holding a 6-0 advantage in the series. The last time these two teams met in 2015, Florida won a 17-8 decision on the road.

Florida is coming off a game against Southern California in which it forced the Trojan offense into a UF program-record 24 turnovers. Sophomore goalkeeper
Haley Hicklen set a new career high with 13 saves to go along with a .565 save percentage, and senior
Mollie Stevens tied her career high with five goals while adding four draw controls and three caused turnovers.

Jacksonville has lost its first two games against Ohio State and UMass by a total margin of just two goals. Junior midfielder Ashtyn Hiron (seven goals, two assists) and senior goalkeeper Mariah Cudlipp (15 saves, .469) lead the way for the Dolphins.
