NEW YORK -- As it does every year, March Madness provided plenty of surprises during its opening weekend, with some of the biggest headlines generated by early exits from titans like Duke, Louisville, and reigning champion Villanova.
The Gators survived and advanced. And now they're here in the Big Apple.
Gators assistant coach Jordan Mincy joins this week's show.
Florida played like a renewed team in Orlando in comfortable wins over East Tennessee State and Virginia to reach the Sweet 16. The Gators will try and keep the momentum going on Friday night when they face Wisconsin at Madison Square Garden for a berth in the Elite Eight.
To help you get ready, we've got you covered.
On this week's show, host Adam Schick reviews the action in Orlando, looks ahead to Wisconsin, and talks a little spring football with FloridaGators.com senior writers Chris Harry and Scott Carter (1:43).
Also, UF assistant coach Jordan Mincy sits down for a revealing discussion about his personal journey to Florida and the current state of the Gators (16:48). Please leave us a review if you like what you hear, and for more information head to FloridaGators.com/GatorTales.
